Control the cleanliness, temperature and humidity of the atmosphere that products come into contact with, so that products can be produced and manufactured in a good environmental space. Diameter silicon wafer, the temperature rise will cause linear expansion, so it must have a constant temperature, and the humidity value is generally low, because when people sweat, it will contaminate the product, especially in semiconductor workshops that are afraid of sodium. The temperature in this kind of workshop should not exceed the temperature range. Excessive humidity will cause more problems. When the relative humidity exceeds, condensation will form on the walls of the cooling water pipes, which can cause various accidents if it occurs in precision devices or circuits. It is easy to rust when the relative humidity is high. Therefore, Zhengzhou purification project is very necessary for spaces like this.
The air purification treatment at all levels of air cleanliness in Zhengzhou purification projects should use three-stage filtration of primary, medium and high-efficiency air filters. For advanced air purification treatment, sub-high-efficiency air filters can be used instead of high-efficiency air filters. The selection, layout and installation method of the air filter should comply with the requirements. The primary-efficiency air filter should not be an oil-immersed filter. The medium-efficiency air filter should be concentrated in the positive pressure section of the purification air conditioning system. High-efficiency air filters or sub-high-efficiency air filters should be used. The filter should be installed at the end of the purification air conditioning system. The installation method of high-efficiency air filtration should be simple and reliable. It is advisable to detect leaks and replace medium-efficiency, sub-efficiency, and high-efficiency air filters. It is advisable to select high-efficiency air filters with similar resistance and efficiency according to the rated air volume. It should be set up in the same purification workshop.
When the purified air conditioning system requires electric heating, a tubular electric heater should be used, and the location should be arranged on the upwind side of the high-efficiency air filter, and fire safety measures should be taken. The air blower can be selected according to the total air supply volume and total resistance value of the purified air conditioning system. The resistance of medium-efficiency and high-efficiency air filters should be calculated as twice the initial resistance. It should be noted that in the Zhengzhou purification project, in addition to the DC system and the system with on-duty fans, the purification air conditioning system in Zhengzhou purification project should take anti-flooding measures to prevent outdoor polluted air from entering the purification workshop through the new air outlet.
